Scissors Resuming Development With Minecraft 26.2

I am pleased to report that Scissors has resumed development. We are now located on a new repository: https://github.com/ScissorsMC/Scissors.

I will work on getting CI/CD set up once again to ensure it is easily downloadable. For now, you'll have to compile it yourself. As of now, the Decimator exploit has been patched and we are in the process of patching many more. We are currently targeting the latest version of Minecraft available, 26.2. We do intend to support Scissors again and continuously update it for newer Minecraft versions.

Builds for Scissors 26.2 are now available on the https://scissors.gg website. We also now use the official Fill API that Paper themselves uses, which you can find and use at https://fill.scissors.gg. Legacy Jenkins builds will not be added to the API as they are unsupported and beyond end of life. They are still available for download through the website and Jenkins directly.
